Update Juke RESTful API to version 3.5

• Add GET /supported-streaming-services endpoint
• Add 'features' field to DeviceConfig schema which consists of a list of strings
• Remove parameter validation for setting input types. Invalid input types will fail with 500 errors

_‍Bug fixes

Resolve issue where Pandora causes the built-in streamer to freeze

• Occasionally, leaving Pandora paused in the background can cause the built-in streamer to freeze and no longer work, requiring a reboot to fix it
• Changes were made to avoid this issue and make the built-in streamer more robust in handling these situations
