Return Policy

We stand behind the Juke experience and want you to be happy with your system.. If your Juke isn’t the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund, replacement, or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Returns within the United States: Juke will cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

International returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The shipment must be properly marked as a return to help avoid additional import costs.

Return condition: Products must be returned in their original packaging and include all original accessories, cables, and components. Once return shipping instructions are provided, the item must be shipped within 14 days.

Any expedited or other original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Before returning your Juke, we encourage you to contact our support team. Every home audio installation is different, and our team is happy to work with you to make sure your Juke is performing as expected before you make a decision.

Warranty

Juke Audio offers a 1 year warranty on all of our products sold from the date of shipment. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not guarantee that Juke products will at all times operate without interruption or will be error-free, or that all errors may be corrected. Exclusions to the Juke Warranty include but are not limited to:

- Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components.

• Problems that result from external causes such as accident, abuse or misuse
• Use that is not in accordance with Jukes’ product instructions
• Products with missing or altered serial numbers
• Products which have had their housings opened or are otherwise tampered with
• Problems caused by using third party accessories, parts, or components.
