AudioMate Quick Setup Guide

Everything you need to set up, connect, and get the most out of your new multi-room audio system — in a few simple steps.

Configuring The App

In the Juke app, point the AudioMate input to the zones you want it to play in.

AudioMate Input (HDMI)

Your AudioMate appears as an HDMI input in the app.

Juke Zones You Want to Play AudioMate To

Switch on the zones where you want AudioMate to play.

AudioMate RCA Output

Send audio back out to a connected device via the RCA output. These will appear as additional zones in the zone settings of your app with the ability to disable / enable them as needed.

TV Audio (HDMI ARC)

For TV audio, connect the HDMI ARC of your TV into the HDMI ARC on your AudioMate. Then set your TV sound to HDMI ARC and to PCM in the advanced sound settings.The AudioMate will appear as an input in your inputs tab of the juke app. This can be set up during onboarding or in the input settings of the app.

Soundbar & Subwoofer Sync

To establish sync with soundbars and subwoofers, set prefixed delays in the zone settings section of the Juke app until everything lines up. The RCA & HDMI output of the AM will appear as additional zones in the app alongside your juke speaker zones.

OPTIMAL NETWORK SETUP

Get AudioMate on the Network

Connect via Ethernet

For optimal performance, connect your AudioMate via Ethernet into the LAN port of your router or nearest access point. Can't hardwire the unit? Place a wireless access point as close to the Juke as possible for the best connection.
